We've come to a point in SquawkBox 3's development where some good ideas need to get shelved until a later version. As such, I have modified the bug database to allow entry of versions beyond 3.0, and I've updated the bug list page to list the entries that will likely get done eventually, but just not for version 3.0.
In other news, the uninstaller is done.
I'm going on vacation for a couple of weeks in October and I really want to get this thing to beta prior to my departure. Note that is an intention, not a promise. Beta in this case means that all features are complete and all that remains to finish is bug fixing.
Lately, the bug list has been the best way to stay in touch with progress on SquawkBox 3. That remains the case so if you're interested, check it out. It's updated continually.
However I thought I would give you my current list of "non-trivial" features remaining before SquawkBox 3 can go beta.

It has been about one month since I sent out the last build to testers. The one that went out tonight features weather and private voice. While they test that, I'm going to keep working on the assortment of items remaining.
